Nancy has been an outstanding advocate in my search for a new home. Since I was targeting a particular location, Nancy proactively added me to an alert notification so that I would be informed everytime a new property became available. When showing me potential homes, Nancy had a realistic eye and coached me on all of the factors I should think about in the consideration process. It felt more like a friendship with someone who is looking out for me, versus a formal realtor interaction.

Nancy even checked in on me periodically to remain in touch. When she found a new home for me, she did a great job of keeping me posted on the status of my application, as well as all next steps.

Nancy has been a joy to work with- very knowledgeable, flexible and competent. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone in the housing market- she is truly a rare find.

Especially in today's market, we needed Nancy's expertise, negotiating skills, and resources. Nancy navigated my husband and I through the sale of our Ashburn townhome, and subsequent purchase of our Aldie single family home. Superb effort by Nancy in selling my residence. Set me up with numerous excellent contractors to prepare my house to put on the market. Managed the work needed to be done on the house after the house was under contract and I had already moved out of state. I highly recommend Nancy because of her extensive range of contacts and her professional zeal as she walked me through the process step by step.
