Nancy Peter

Having lived and raised her family in Darien for the past 26 years, she has a first-hand understanding of our town and the surrounding communities of New Canaan, Rowayton, and Norwalk. Nan has extensively renovated and sold three homes in Darien and acted as the general contractor on these projects. This experience has provided her with a critical understanding of the process and what is required to bring a property to its full potential. From staging a home for sale to recognizing the potential in a fixer-upper, her interest in home design has been a wonderful benefit to both her sellers and buyers.

Most recently Nan has joined forces with her husband JP. They both love houses old and new, antique, and modern, and particularly like combining the old with the new. They recently moved to West Norwalk where they bought a 1910’s farmhouse that had been left largely untouched for 50+ years but had great potential. A year later they have a great home where they can host their friends and family and have their adult children back home for holiday and weekend visits.
