Nancy also a degreed Electrical/Electronic Engineer since 1982. She was the first female engineer to work for Salisbury Engineering and K and L Microwave both of Salisbury, Md. Nancy was promoted to Sales Engineer in 1987 at K & L where she oversaw international sales. Soon thereafter she took over Southern U.S. and New England accounts. Her job was to design, sell and market product to defense companies such as Texas Instruments, E-Systems, General Dynamics, and Boeing to name a few. Nancy retired from this exciting job to be a stay at home mom when her daughter was born in 1993.
