Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Nancy Roseth has what it takes to make every real estate transaction a success. Nancy works on a team with her sister Wendy Herst. The sisters complement each other perfectly, creating an ideal patnership to help with all of your real estate needs.
Nancy and Wendy were raised in Skokie and then Highland Park, and both graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. The sisters returned to Chicago after graduation, and spent a few years enjoying what the city has to offer. Nancy earned an MBA with a concentration on Information Technology from DePaul, while Wendy attended Loyola, where she received an MBA with a special focus in Finance.
Having lived in the area their whole lives, Nancy and Wendy can easily understand the individual personality of each Chicago neighborhood and suburb. Currently, Nancy lives in Riverwoods, while Wendy lives in Lincolnshire. Together, they have extensive knowledge of the North Suburbs, with a special focus on Lincolnshire, Riverwoods, Deerfield, Northbrook, Highland Park, Buffalo Grove and Long Grove. They have also watched a combined six children go through the local school system. Both women are extremely involved in the community and have made lifelong friends along the way.
Ever since they were little girls, Nancy and Wendy have had a love for real estate. Focusing on both buyers and sellers, the women have a knack for understanding their clients’ needs and finding a home that fits.
With Nancy and Wendy’s background in Finance and IT, they have an exceptional insight into the business side of the industry. Wendy is great with numbers and negotiating, and Nancy’s IT expertise has come in handy for online marketing. They have many contacts throughout the area, enabling them to suggest experts to assist with any of your needs even after the deal is closed.
