Nancy is AMAZING!! I was an absolutely clueless first time home buyer. Nancy made the entire process as easy and painless as possible which, especially in this current housing market, is quite a feat! While I have great respect for the boundary between people’s personal time and working hours, Nancy always reminded me that I was never a bother, and I could reach out whenever I needed to. She is incredibly knowledgeable about so many things in a home that she was able to point out things in each house we looked at that would need work, or things that were really nice bonus features (from electrical details, to landscape, to foundations, etc!). She is incredibly reliable, and even found a colleague to go see a house with me when she was out of town. Nancy is EXCELLENT with communication and always finds, and shares, information quickly! I would absolutely, highly recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell!!
