When asked what she does for a living, Nancy will say “I have the greatest career in the world! I have the honor of helping my clients realize the dream of homeownership. Whether they are purchasing their first home or selling and purchasing their 10th home, it’s always a privilege to be a part of their journey.”
Nancy got her start in Real Estate in the new construction arena as a new home sales agent. She spent six years assisting her buyers through the entire purchase, design and construction process with two national home builders here in the Charlotte area. She was then offered the opportunity to move into the role of Sales Manager which further broadened her knowledge of the business, sales, land development, and construction sides of homebuilding. Having extensive knowledge of Real Estate, as well as a strong understanding of the mechanics and systems of a home, gives Nancy a unique advantage when negotiating on behalf of her seller and buyer clients. Nancy has never wavered from her goal of providing outstanding service. From nervous first-time buyers to those clients needing to sell their current home and find a home that fits the next chapter of their lives, she’ll be there every step of the way. It quickly becomes clear just how much she cares about creating great relationships with her clients.
On a personal note, Nancy has been married to her husband John since 2006, and although they met and married while living in Miami Beach, Florida, they have called the Charlotte area their home since 2007. Nancy and her husband have two beautiful daughters, and a playful rescue dog named Molly. She also has a passion for giving back to her community and regularly volunteers at the Raptor Center Rehab Hospital, as well as being very involved with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Pledge The Pink Foundation, a non-profit public charity dedicated to funding breast cancer screening, treatment, and research.
