We have been working with Nancy on and off over the past year or so in search of a nice home in the country with some land and outbuildings included. Nancy has been extremely helpful throughout our search in educating us and keeping us up to date on the varying market dynamics as they changed considerably during our search period. She knows the area market well, and ensures you understand all aspects of the process as you move through it. Nancy has always been available to us within a reasonable amount of time when needed and has repeatedly exceeded our expectations throughout the process.

Nancy, knowing exactly what we were looking for in a property, identified a new listing that she was going to be bringing to market, and obtained approval from the sellers for us to tour it. It was exactly what we had been looking for. We submitted an offer and were able to secure a contingent purchase agreement pending the sale of our current home.

Nancy immediately performed a market analysis of our current home and made recommendations of things we should/could do to maximize our selling potential and minimize the time on the market to quickly remove our contingency on the purchase of the country property. Our home sold within two weeks of listing it, at full asking price, despite a moderately saturated market in our price range and during one of the historically slower sales periods of the year.

Owning a home in the country with some land and outbuildings for storage has been a goal and dream of ours for a long time and we were able to turn that into reality thanks to the amazing work ethic, experience and knowledge that Nancy brought to the table as our agent. Nancy has been an amazing agent and friends throughout this process and we could not be any more grateful than we are.
