I chose Nancy on behalf of an older woman who was forced to sell her home of over 70 years due to health issues. I felt Nancy had a down to earth manner, with honesty, integrity and knowledge of her profession! She not only fulfilled all of my expectations but far exceeded them. Not only was she kind to her client, my aunt, but she gave her time and understood the emotion and turmoil of the situation. She handled all of the details of the sale for us and was in constant communication.

Great experience. Nancy sold the house faster than we expected before an expected dip in the market. She did a great job getting the house ready. We did most of the work remotely then did a quick trip to meet her. In the end we got more than we expected for the property. We are very happy.

Nancy is a consummate professional. She has a thorough knowledge of the local Mountain View real estate market since she lives in Old Mountain View. We hired her as our sales agent after interviewing other agents. What stood out was her open and honest personality and willingness to work with us on our terms. Nancy went above and beyond her duties as a Realtor . With me not being in the area for much of the process ,Nancy took care of many details usually taken care of by the seller. She spent countless hours trying to get the house cleared out and ready for sale. Her expertise was instrumental in getting our house sold in one week. I've worked with Nancy on multiple real estate transactions, both buying and selling my home. She's detailed-oriented, extraordinarily trust-worthy, and goes "above and beyond" to make the whole experience easier on her clients. We reached out to Nancy since we knew she was a real estate specialist for Mountain View, CA, and she had been referred by long-time Mtn. View residents/friends. This was the first time we’ve sold a home, and we did it entirely while in another state. From our very first contact, Nancy was excellent at setting expectations of how the entire process might go. She communicated clearly, timely, followed through, and was very detail-oriented. She’s honest, ethical, and we trusted her. She was good at determining the appropriate communication medium to use (email, phone, or text), depending on the response time required. She considerately worked with our property manager and tenants to see the home to prepare for the tasks after the tenants moved out. She went above and beyond helping us get the house market-ready, doing some work herself, and soliciting bids and coordinating various contractors since we were not physically present. We discussed where to spend our marketing dollars and believe we got good value for the work we had done. From market listing to sale, the process went quicker than we all expected in the turning market conditions. We received multiple bids and sold above asking price. Everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for. We are very grateful to Nancy and recommend her without reservation.
