Nancy Woodard-Bourke

Hello, I’m Nancy Woodard-Bourke, a dedicated real estate agent specializing in residential and equestrian properties throughout Hunterdon and Somerset Counties (NJ) and Eastern Pennsylvania. My passion for real estate began in 1987 when I earned my New Jersey sales license. Born and raised in Central New Jersey, I’ve been fortunate to call beautiful Hunterdon County home for more than 30 years.

I hold an MBA in entrepreneurial business planning and marketing, and for over three decades I’ve worked alongside my husband in our successful design-build contracting business. In addition, I am an accomplished equestrian with more than 25 years of experience in the horse industry. This diverse background—combining education, hands-on business experience, and deep equestrian knowledge—allows me to serve my clients with insight, skill, and a true understanding of their needs.

I pride myself on staying current with market trends and using the latest technology to ensure my clients receive exceptional service. My goal is to build lasting relationships by guiding buyers and sellers through one of life’s most important decisions: purchasing or selling a home.
