Nasancia is one of the best real estate agents I have encountered. I thought I would be stuck with no place to live but she assured me that we would find something and within my time frame. There were no empty promises because I am now living in the home of my dreams. She helped me put my best foot forward when sending in my offers and once I received my accepted offer she walked me thru every step of making it to closing. Nasancia was a blessing and I am so grateful for her help. I would recommend her to all of my friends and family!

Nasancia was an exceptional realtor. She worked hard from beginning to end of the process. Whenever I had questions or concerns she was always 1 phone call away. Nassy kept reassuring me that it wasn't a easy process and we weren't giving up. She helped me find a great home for me and my daughter. I met Nassy through a friend who had recently purchase her house from her at the time. When I tell you this young woman is a ride or die she is just as I said. As a first time home buyer I knew nothing about owning a home or what the steps where Nassy helped me through the whole process from beginning to end hold my hand one step at a time. I felt appreciative knowing she was there for me even on the rough days and encouraged me along the way with great reassurance. After my closing on my house months after she also helped me in getting a tenant for my property which is now rented and she was able to get this tenant in less than a week I’m so grateful to have her and now she not just my realtor but family. Thank you Nassy Realty and your team for giving me the peace of mind to own my own home and also becoming a Landlord.
