Natalee began managing and leasing commercial and residential real estate two decades ago, building long-lasting partnerships in all aspects of the industry. She has purchased, designed, redeveloped, and leased numerous properties throughout Healdsburg, Windsor, and Santa Rosa. Through the growth and management of her personal and family-owned real estate, she built a working knowledge of all aspects of the industry and honed her negotiating skills to serve buyers and sellers today. She goes above and beyond to negotiate the best possible deals for all parties involved and prides herself on her integrity, dedication, and loyalty to her clients.
Raised and educated in Healdsburg from age two, Natalee represents the third generation of real estate investors in her family. Prior to becoming an agent, Natalee spent 17 years running her own business, a retail dog store in downtown Healdsburg, which she opened in 2001, later adding a grooming department and online store. Over the years, Natalee has advocated for animal shelters, and helped in the adoption of hundreds of animals and volunteered through the California fires, feeding, and locating abandoned and lost pets. She is also a member of the local Soroptimist club, an organization that encourages women through education. When not serving her clients, Natalee loves spending time with family and friends, golfing, fishing, and playing tennis.
