We met Natalia at our gym, and once we learned she donates a portion of her commission to animal shelters, we were instantly sold — she’s a dog person, and we love that! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond for us and quickly became not just our realtor, but a close friend. Natalia isn’t your average realtor — she busts her ass for her clients. She worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home, guided us through putting in smart and competitive offers, and was always honest with us when viewing homes. She never tried to push us into anything and always gave her genuine opinion, which we really appreciated.

Her network is incredible — thanks to her connections, we were able to schedule an inspection on very short notice after a quick-turnaround offer, and she introduced us to an amazing mortgage broker and a great attorney. We originally planned to go through our bank for the mortgage, but Natalia convinced us to talk to someone from her network who had more flexible hours — and we’re so glad we did. The entire process was smoother and far less stressful because of her coordination and experience.

Where do I even begin? I’ve known Natalia for nearly 18 years — we grew up together — so there was no question who I wanted by my side during the home-buying process.

When we were given just 60 days to find a new place due to a situation with our rental, Natalia was the very first person I called. From that moment on, she created a solid game plan and connected me with an amazing loan officer, and eventually a home insurance provider, and a trusted escrow attorney.

She was with us every step of the way — answering calls and texts (even the late-night ones), arranging private showings, communicating with listing agents, and going to bat for us when it came to putting in offers. Within ten minutes of signing our closing paperwork, we were on record!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and when we began our home search we were told we HAD to reach out to Natalia. From our first conversation we knew she was the right realtor for us to work with. She made us feel comfortable and we immediately felt at ease talking to her. When we found a home that we loved (which was a house she found for us based on our needs, wants and budget) she was quick to put together an offer on our behalf. I wish I could give 6 stars, because I would! When Natalia says she is open 24 hours a day, she means it. You never have to worry about getting an out of office from Natalia. Natalia helped me find my dream home after months of searching. She is responsive, professional, and a joy to work with. You can tell that Natalia has a true passion for real estate, because she puts in 100% to every sale. Natalia knows what it takes to get a house sold. Natalia was great. Very informative and helpful. She helped me find a place, apply and move from CT to the Boston area in under 3 weeks to get me there in time for my new job. Which considering Covid, and it being during the holidays was pretty incredible. I would highly recommend her to anyone renting or buying in the greater Boston area.

I decided on a whim that it was time to sell my place in the city and move to the burbs. I had no idea what I was looking for or how much space I wanted or needed, nor did I know the first thing about selling. I reached out to Natalia and the following day we were already looking at properties. Natalia made the entire process so smooth, even with the hurdles we encountered along the way. I don’t even know where to begin, well Natalia was everything I expected her to be plus more! Natalia was super helpful in finding us a pet friendly apartment in Boston even with it being a super competitive market for rentals!! She handled everything with the landlord, lease, pets, and agreements, and kept us updated on our applications. We also got notified when she had new listings available. She was very responsive to messages/texts and is super friendly also donates to an animal shelter :). Cant recommend her enough, and definitely hope to work with her again for finding future places!!
