Natalie Carroll

Venturing across the country from Southern California, Natalie relocated with her husband Dave and their two daughters to Dave’s hometown of Ocala, Florida in 2003. Settling just south of Ocala, they built a small farm where they raise their children, a small herd of Angus cattle and a couple of riding Quarter Horses.

Born and raised in the city of Long Beach and later the rural mountains of San Bernardino, she spent many summers at her grandparents’ farm in Madera, in the lush San Joaquin Valley where she developed a deep passion for agriculture. Natalie’s love of agriculture led her to Cal Poly Pomona where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Industries and Business Management. There she learned the principles of marketing and management that she would pair with her entrepreneurial spirit to become a successful business owner and real estate professional.

From her start in real estate in 2003 until 2019, Natalie prioritized her role as a mother while utilizing her real estate education and license to develop residential lots, rehabilitate homes and invest in rental properties. She also assisted friends, family and investors with the purchasing, selling and rental management of their personal homes and residential investments.

In 2019, with her teenage daughters entering their final years of high school and dual enrollment, Natalie made the decision that it was time to focus her education and experience into a single, full time career path. Exploring her many options, the clear choice was joining Marion County’s top producing, Laurie Ann Truluck Team at Sellstate Next Generation Realty.
