Natalie Latkowski

Natalie resides on the Southside of Indianapolis and is the Buyer Agent Team Lead for Mark Dietel Realty. She grew up in a family with a licensed contractor where she learned a lot about home structures and all the components for functionality from an early age. Previously she was in the health field for 18 years serving people. With the combination of wanting to continue to serve people coupled with her residential knowledge, she knew real estate would be a great transition. As a buyer agent team lead her goal is to prepare our buyer agents with knowledge and set them up for success from day one. She prides herself on responsiveness and effective communication.

When she is not helping clients and the team she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her husband is a firefighter for Noblesville and has served that community for 20 years! He saves homes and she sells homes!
