Natalie leads a unique multi-disciplinary real estate and design practice. Natalie's team of architects, interior designers, and REALTORS work closely with clients on a variety of residential real estate needs from home renovations after a purchase to fully designed custom homes and lot acquisition. By maintaining an intimate knowledge of both the real estate market, trends, and the design process, her clients can rely on a single source for their real estate and design needs. She has lived on Atlanta's for two decades and is a neighborhood expert. Natalie is admired by her peers for her popular group called Neighborhood Walks, where she leads casual and fun walks in a different neighborhood every month. In addition, Natalie has a certificate in Historic Preservation and is an old home enthusiast and industry expert for rehabilitating and preserving older homes in Atlanta & Decatur. With her unique expertise, she has been able to help clients overcome zoning challenges from winning ordinance variances to getting Certificate of Appropriateness approvals for additions to historic properties in historic districts. In 2025, Natalie completed additional real estate education and obtained her Broker license.
