I don't write reviews normally because my name and reputation is on the line. This is an exception. Natalie is a true professional that is extremely knowledgeable, direct but kind, maintains information flow through out the process and has vision. She came to our first interview with her homework done and with a vision on how to sell our home. I thought she was crazy when she suggested a selling price but after her explanation of why, it all came together. I had a figure that I thought would be needed to upgrade and she hit it on the button. Her marketing skills produced multiple offers the first day and the house was under contract 4 days later. The sale was well over listed price and well over any sale in for previous 120 days in the neighborhood. I was kept totally informed throughout the process. Given the opportunity you should engage Natalie and her team. You will not be disappointed.

She was in constant communication with me, which was extremely important since I was selling my Alexandria property while in Texas (I didn’t even have to go to Virginia for the sale. It was all done flawlessly long distance). They helped us buy our home in Va, we started talking to them from out of the country and they were very accommodating. Six years later, they helped us sell and all. We did the things she recommended for the listing and it sold with a bidding war in just a couple days. We didn’t even do the open house as it was unnecessary. They have customer appreciation dinner, a BBQ, pumpkin and pie give aways in the fall. They drop by with little gifts. They are great with young children, my 4 yo loved them. When we got to the house that I would eventually purchase, she took her time with my visit. She looked for things that would make this house my home but also looked for things that could be issues. Natalie and Curt were our next door neighbors and when it came time to sell, we couldn't think of anyone better to sell our home for us.

Natalie and Curt started off the home sale conversation by coming over and discussing what we can expect during the home sale process (since this was our first house we were selling). Michael was away in training while the home sale was taking place was only able to make it home a few weekends. Liz was home alone preparing the house and getting it ready for the sale and with a 2 year old and being pregnant, Natalie and Curt fully supported us and helped us out any way possible. They truly are family and will always be considered part of our extended family.

During the initial meeting they provided a professionally-built binder walking through the home sale, as well as provided samples from other home sales that they have sold. They also discussed market timelines and when they thought it would be best to put the home on the market, and when we should have open houses. After agreeing on dates, they went straight to work in preparing for the sale.

Their companies fees covered literally everything to make sure our home was the most marketable as possible; from staging to photography. This is HUGE. I cannot understate this.

Fast forward a couple weeks when the home was ready for the market, we had our home staged and photographs done. When I say photography, it blew away our expectations. Our home looked amazing and was super unique compared to other listings on home sale platforms. They even had drone footage done on our house. It immediately started gaining traction.

We had our first open house on a Wednesday evening, with another one scheduled for Saturday. Within a few hours, the home generated numerous offers and Natalie and Curt advised that we cancel the Saturday open house since we had such strong offers. Within a couple of days of our home hitting the market, we accepted an offer that was beyond our wildest dreams.

Our experience with Natalie and Curt was phenomenal and wish we still lived in VA so we could sell and buy our homes from them again.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Natalie and Curt. We were moving from San Diego, California to the Northern Virginia area and Natalie was recommended to us by some friends. We had been talking with Natalie and had planned to come out and explore the area and look at homes prior to the move. Then COVID hit. Our jobs did not allow us to travel at all. So we ended up having to buy our home, in an unfamiliar area, sight unseen, from across the country. It could have gone horribly; but Natalie and Curt made the process amazing! We knew nothing about the area so we were extremely dependent on them and Natalie was spot on with her recommendations of areas based on our wants and needs.
