Natalie is a highly experienced agent who can provide everything needed to sell your home in the current market. She is extremely knowledgeable providing good advice regarding property upgrades to maximize value, appropriate listing price, and the best timing to market. Natalie is closely connected in the Southern Maryland area with an extensive network of real estate professionals and contractors to help prepare your property for listing. I appreciated her energy, urgency, and regular communication throughout my sale process.

Natalie helped me purchase my property in California, MD in 2019. As a buyer’s agent, she kept me informed and gave great advice as I wasn’t familiar with the area. Since I had such a wonderful experience with Natalie, I reached out in 2024 for her guidance on renting or selling my property. I live outside the US and wanted a local opinion on what made sense in the current market. She did research on comparable properties and advised on what upgrades might be needed to ready my property. Once I decided to move forward, Natalie took over. She collected the keys from my previous tenant, did a walk through, and shared pictures so I could feel comfort in all the upgrades that were necessary. This was quite critical for me given I live in another time zone and could not do an in person viewing myself. Natalie introduced me to a local contractor who provided quotes to handle all required updates. With her assistance, everything quickly took motion over the snowy, Christmas/New Years holiday timeframe. I was impressed how fast things happened during the holidays. She checked in with me regularly and shared photos of the changes as they were happening. She engaged with the contractor to ensure timely completion to get the property listed in early January. Once on the market, everything moved rapidly. Natalie provided all viewer feedback and offers as they came in. With her guidance, I accepted an offer over the asking price within 3 days of my property being listed and the closing happened 4 weeks later. Throughout the entire process, I did not have to leave my current home outside the US. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend Natalie. She is professional, extremely helpful, understands what appeals to buyers, and will go the extra mile to help you.

We live in the northeast and were buying property in NC. I could not have asked for someone more knowledgeable and professional than Natalie. She knew every step and what needed to be accomplished. She kept me up to date on everything happening. We had a couple of bumps in our transaction, and despite my being frustrated, she had everything under control and she kept me seeing the big picture.
