Natalie V. Wagner, CCIM brings fifteen years of commercial real estate expertise to the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of retail and medical office properties across California. Her experience in investment sales, asset repositioning, leasing, and tenant representation brings a depth of market knowledge that includes direct insight into rent rolls, merchandising strategy, and what makes a retail asset perform.
Natalie is an active member of ICSC, attending conferences regionally and nationally, and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, earned in 2024. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Business Economics and Cultural Anthropology.
Based on the Central Coast and active across Los Angeles and California statewide, Natalie works with institutional and private investors, landlords, and tenants on both the buy and sell side.
Her clients have included institutional investors and pension funds, The Kroenke Group, Regency Centers, First Washington Realty, Westar Associates, Paynter Realty & Investments, The Towbes Group, Cadence Capital, Ross Dress for Less, Sprouts, REI, sweetgreen, RH, and Vuori.
