Natalya K A Thoms comes from the beautiful island of Jamaica and was raised in the New England area. She moved to the Virginia area 15 years ago to pursue a relationship with who is now her husband. After marriage and having three children she realized that her dream of helping others could come through by being a real estate agent, something she showed great interest after her first experience when her parents bought their first home in the U.S in the 90s. The love of real estate continued even through the negative experience of her first purchase and realized what she doesn’t want anyone else to experience. She wanted to make sure that her clients receive the best representation and that their wants and desires would be accomplished to the best of her ability.

Over the years Natalya has built her business and reputation on doing the very best job for her clients. Her goals are their goals. Whether it is to sell their home within a certain time frame, sell it with the least amount of inconvenience to them, or sell it for top dollar; whether they have months to buy, or need to buy and settle within a certain time period; whether they are new to real estate and would like to learn more, she's here to help. Her favorite saying is “ A home is not a home because of its room dimensions or the color of the walls. It is about how you feel when you walk through the front door, and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.”

While Natalya enjoys the close proximity to the Nation’s Capital and the rich history, she is captivated Northern Virginia with a specialty for Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford, Loudoun, Spotsylvania and King George counties.

Natalya is a knowledgeable agent with a focus on the customer's desires for a home. I recommended her to a co-worker as an agent with a very short turnaround time for finding this person a home. Natalya had ten (10) listings in my co-workers inbox within a few hours and they were looking at homes the next day. My co-worker bought her home within the tight deadline and is now talking about her garden and lack of a green thumb. Natalya delivered.
