Natasha was incredible. The housing market is really weird right now. We were also working with a strictly limited budget. We went through the process of putting in offers on numerous houses, only to have an investor put in a cash offer and take the house. She stuck with us, though, and found us a home we love and could afford.

Not only that, but when it came to negotiations, she turned into a pitbull, loving and sweet to us but putting contingencies on "information only" inspections and cleverly giving us every option to back out if something wasn't right, just to make sure we didn't get screwed over. She made sure anything major was fixed before things were finalized. In the end, she steered us towards the less expensive of two houses that were both in good shape. We all know real estate agents get paid on commission, so it's obvious she had our best interests, not her own profit, at heart.

In the end, we got a house that appraised at 10% more than we paid for it and the only real flaws were aesthetic...easy to fix on our own. I highly recommend Natasha to anybody looking to buy a home. She will be patient, but also completely honest with you and when it comes down to making the deal happen, she will fight tooth and nail to make sure it goes down in your favor.

Natasha was a model borrower. She listened well and she was on time with her documentation whenever we requested anything. As this was a little bit of a different transaction, there were some uphill battles that we all had to work through. She was very to the point whenever we had an underwriting issue to work through and she was absolutely magnificent to work with. I would be honored to be her Mortgage Banker in the future.

This woman is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING realtor. Super thorough and she assured that I felt valued and appreciated.She ALWAYS presented me with ONLY the VERY BEST listed homes within my price range. When viewing homes in person she was TOTALLY prepared with her camera and “expert eyes”!!! She pointed out all present AND potential issues/ problems that I didn’t notice as a buyer. She TRULY has her clients best interest in mind during ALL phases and aspects of the home purchasing process.
The TRUE test of her patience was while viewing a hot 18,000 + sq ft home. She went through the ENTIRE home with “fine tooth comb” as though she were purchasing it for herself! We were hot, hungry and miserable yet she persevered UNTIL I was ready to go! She is truly the ABSOLUTE BEST realtor I’ve worked with. Thank you Natasha.
