I had the privilege of working with Natasha, as I was referred to her by a friend. Boy, did I luck out! Natasha was professional, kind, warm, empathic, direct, diligent, communicative, and extremely hard working. She was available when I needed her, which was often considering that I’m a first-time homebuyer. Natasha is such a great realtor, I literally would refer her to anyone and everyone. She listened during moments of crisis, and supported me through them with problem-solving and redirection back to the present moment. Her knowledge of the area and market astound me. She’s a true collaborator and highly organized, has great referrals on hand, and plans and executes action items with aptitude and expertise. I am blown away by her. I could not have bought my house without her, and I’m telling you sincerely that Natasha is literally the best realtor out there. 5 stars across every domain - 10 if I could! Natasha, you’re the best!

It was a pleasure working with Natasha. She patiently stayed engaged through a "marathon" house viewing weekend (15+ homes). Once our offer was accepted, she handled the inspections and final walkthrough for us and reached out to the seller several times to get our questions answered ASAP. Also, we were on a tight timeline, Natasha helped us with the title company to move things along and get closing done ahead of schedule.
