Before transitioning to real estate, Natasha built a successful career in higher education as an Assistant Dean and Senior Lecturer at Loyola University Chicago, a role she continues today. Through this work, she honed skills in educational planning, advising, conflict resolution, and crisis management—expertise that translates seamlessly into guiding clients through the often emotional and complex process of buying or selling a home. Her service as a Planning and Zoning Commissioner in Crystal Lake has further deepened her understanding of local development and housing market dynamics. Natasha is also a candidate for Crystal Lake City Council, with plans to join in May 2025, underscoring her commitment to strengthening the community she loves.
