I work with everyday buyers and sellers across Logan, Cache Valley, and Northern Utah who want to feel prepared, not pressured. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a home, looking at investment property, or considering new construction, my job is to make sure you understand what you’re walking into before you sign anything.
Before getting into real estate full time, I spent 15 years in the outdoor sporting goods industry, including more than a decade as an apparel buyer. I evaluated product lines, negotiated pricing, analyzed trends, and made high dollar inventory decisions. That experience sharpened my ability to assess value, read a market, negotiate strategically, and make decisions based on the numbers. Those same skills now serve my real estate clients every day.
I’ve also been on the ownership side. My first home was a 4-plex, and over the years I’ve been involved in rental properties and renovation projects. I understand real estate as an investment, not just a transaction.
When you work with me, you get clear communication, honest feedback, and a strategy built around your goals. For sellers, that means understanding the competition, pricing intelligently, preparing the home, and building a marketing strategy designed to get it noticed. For buyers, it means understanding value, spotting potential problems, negotiating hard when it matters, and knowing exactly what you’re signing.
I’m based in Cache Valley and serve clients throughout Logan and surrounding Northern Utah communities. If you’re thinking about buying or selling, or you’re simply trying to figure out what your home is worth or what makes sense next, I’m always happy to talk it through.
