About Nate

My name is Nate Moquin, and I’ve been a REALTOR for 14 years.

My focus is on Residential Listing & Buyers, Business Listings & Buyers, and I specialize in waterfront properties. I have an affection for real estate and entrepreneurship and am enthusiastically devoted to being a team leader at this fantastic, local company - Copper Key Realty & Waterfront. I love talking about and hearing others’ thoughts on entrepreneurship, so call any time to chat!

Over the years I have won many real estate awards, but the most enjoyable of these honors is continually being voted into the top 3 of Volume One’s Reader Poll. In 2024 we were again voted the #1 real estate brokerage in the Chippewa Valley!

My wife, Merissa, and I have two beautiful daughters, Autumn and Lilianna. We have lived in the Chippewa Valley nearly our entire lives. I have been a part of our very exciting local business culture, owning and operating 3 local businesses along the way, and have served on different boards. The most fun of these was being a mentor for CVTC students enrolled in the Entrepreneur Program.

I enjoy this one the most because it is an award that isn't specifically about stats, it's about people.

Hobbies? I wish I had time for more. For now, aside from spending time with my immediate and extended family (and kids' sports), I enjoy boating, hacking up the golf course a few times a year, taking an occasional trip with my wife, and investing in real estate.
