We are writing in regard to our experience with Nathan Neubauer as our buying real estate agent. We had a unique situation where we were purchasing our first home long distance and Nathan was very helpful and flexible in coordinating home visits in timeframes that were convenient with our and our parent’s busy schedules. He was fast to act on securing home tour times, an important task in the crazy home market that is Portland. Nathan was also very helpful in facilitating FaceTime tours of houses and experienced to point out both the attributes and defects of the house we saw. When a home (especially the home that we eventually purchased) needed potential repairs, Nathan always had an expert on-site to give a quote so the costs associated with those repairs could be considered when discussing purchasing prices. Additionally, Nathan was good about not never discussing prices on home, just objectively listing the costs, benefits and home comparisons when discussing offer prices. We recommend Nathan to anyone looking to purchase their first home.

Nathan is a cradle to grave realtor. If you want a realtor to just help you buy or sell your home, Nathan can do that for you, but his true strength comes in his ability to be there for you for the entire life cycle of owning a home.

He's the person to come through for you with a roofer when you hear that "drip....drip....drip...." in year four of homeownership and the roofer you'd lined up to check out the issue shows up and says "sorry, can't help." When you've called practically every plumber on yelp and no one will return your call...Nathan has your back.

When we began the process of looking for a new home and selling our old one, we were intimidated and stressed out just thinking about the whole process. But Nate guided us through every detail, made sure we met deadlines and basically acted as a therapist for us! We loved working with him and, if we ever sell / buy another house he will be our first contact.
