Being a first time home buyer and being far away from my family, Nate made my first house purchase an effortless and comfortable experience. Nate was actually invested in helping me find the perfect house that would become my future home. He never pushed and never wanted me to settle on any house, he took his time to make sure I found the house that I truly loved. I would 100% recommend Nate, there is no one I would trust more with this process!

Nate made our listing, selling, and closing process so stress free. Nate was always available at any time of the day. He instantly replied to any text we sent and answered all of our questions we had throughout the whole process. We were first time home sellers, so we had a lot of silly questions! He never once left us with anything unanswered. Nate had great recommendations for small things throughout the process such as carpet cleaners, house cleaners, etc. We were already moved, 6 hours away, when we received offers on our house. Our buyers had little things they wanted us to complete before closing. Nate made the process of completing these things for our buyers so easy for us since we were 6 hours away. Nate did little things like replacing light bulbs to make the house more eye appealing. Anytime our house was shown, Nate would text us at the end of the day to update us on every clients opinion and thoughts of the house. Nate is great at what he does. & to top off how awesome he is, when we closed on our new house 6 hours away, he sent us the most home welcoming gift. I couldn’t recommend anyone better at this job than Nate. We’d work with him again in a heart beat!!

This was very important as we traveled all the way from Indiana for a three day stop, and we needed to purchase a house here fast as our house in Indiana was going to sell very fast. Everything worked out very well. Massive social media presence. The guy is a regular celebrity with thousands of followers. Influential and connected. Went above and beyond when issues arrived. Nate gave up 4% commission for us! Nate has been the best with our sitiation.. We are first time home buyers. And we had no clue what we were doing. We also were buying this house in the middle of the pandemic. We had to push our closing date 3 times because of unemployment. The seller did not want to wait so Nate offered to reduce his commission to encourage the seller to stu k with us. I couldn't have asked for a bettter realtor
