Nathan Holthouser

Nathan is the President of Coastal Commercial. Prior to launching Coastal Commercial, Nathan had a 13-year career working as an investment sales professional for CBRE from 2015-2020, and Marcus & Millichap from 2007-2015.

Over the course of his career, Nathan and his team have together completed over 300 transactions and over a billion dollars of total deal volume. Nathan has continued to organically grow his business through key client relationships which are fostered by producing excellent client outcomes for owners along the southern California coast. Nathan is dedicated to supporting multiple charities including: Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC), Catalina Conservancy, Lupus LA, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, and Susan G. Komen Foundation Orange County.

In his free time Nathan enjoys horseback riding, snowboarding, exercising, playing guitar, classic cars, traveling to new countries, and hosting friends and family as often as possible.
