Nathan Matwijec is the consummate professional. He knows his job cold- gathers the appropriate information on the clients’ background, needs, preferences, finances, and wants. He knows the market area exceedingly well. He keeps his ear close to the ground and brings up appropriate new material as soon as it’s available if not sooner. He is resourceful and well-connected. Nathan is thorough in his assessment of properties, inherent values, as well as potential problems. He makes very tailored recommendations to his clients.

Nathan has been a friend for many years and our family's realtor for over 6 years. He first worked with my parents, then my husband and I on new construction. Building isn't always easy and Nathan handled everything so well! He has worked with my brothers and back to my mom with new construction, as well as the selling of each of our previous homes. Finding a new home in a hot market can be exhausting. Nathan was always punctual and happy to listen to my pros and cons of each house. I ended up find a new house in mid-build phase. Nathan was instrumental in assisting me through locking in with the Builder's Agent (September) and later closing in December. I have great memories working with him and will use Nathan again if the need arises.
