Nate has been so amazing to work with especially for someone like us who are new to navigating the home buying experience.

He is very responsive and patient in answering our questions. Very accomodating too. He works around our schedule just so things can be done efficiently. He can squeeze us in tight schedules so we can see houses that have offers due the same afternoon. Just in case it is the right fit for us.

He and his team act with such proficiency when it is time to seal the deal. You won't find anyone better!

You can do a lot of research on your own but having a guy like Nate on your team allows you to get into homes for visits like no other. Almost instantaneous responses... call, text, email... a true master of electronic media in this new age! 😊

I have been working with Nate for about five years and just bought a new home in East Petersburg where his excellent response time and rapid movement got me into a position to put in an offer. And his superb guidance for structuring the offer led to me beating out numerous others. 🤑

He is friendly, very accommodating to changing plans and circumstances, knows the area. I don't think you'll find a better person to work with in the real estate business!

Nate is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were buying a house from across the country, so it complicated things. Nate FaceTimed us for every viewing, would stack showings so we could have family members go for us around their work schedules, would see houses for us on super short notice, was honest when he walked into a dud, and always went the extra mile. Even when we found our home and were in love, he went back multiple times with our family members so we could have multiple opinions. Nate is patient with his customers, but aggressive in the market, which is exactly what you need. Highly recommend working with him! If not, you’re missing out and messing up!

If you are buying or selling a home in PA, I hope you use Nate Shelly. Nate helped us search for homes in Lancaster before a job switch pushed us out to Philly suburbs and Nate was more than happy to continue with our search, even if it meant long drives back and forth for him. Don’t let his age fool you— he is extremely professional, well-spoken, has high integrity, and is highly knowledgeable— I loved that he has a great background in construction and really truly knows what he’s talking about as you walk through homes and assess them. He was always available to call or text anytime we needed him, and was so kind and patient from start to finish. The cherry on top is the fact that he continues to check in on you once the deal is closed to make sure everything is going well and you don’t need any help with anything.
