Nate Shelly is everything you hope for in a realtor. He is extremely knowledgeable about homes (how they were built, nuances, etc.), always available regardless of time of day, and always optimistic when searching for a home. Nate is absolutely amazing! My husband and I were buying a house from across the country, so it complicated things. Nate FaceTimed us for every viewing, would stack showings so we could have family members go for us around their work schedules, would see houses for us on super short notice, was honest when he walked into a dud, and always went the extra mile. Even when we found our home and were in love, he went back multiple times with our family members so we could have multiple opinions. Nate is patient with his customers, but aggressive in the market, which is exactly what you need. Highly recommend working with him! If not, you’re missing out and messing up!

If you are buying or selling a home in PA, I hope you use Nate Shelly. Nate helped us search for homes in Lancaster before a job switch pushed us out to Philly suburbs and Nate was more than happy to continue with our search, even if it meant long drives back and forth for him. Don’t let his age fool you— he is extremely professional, well-spoken, has high integrity, and is highly knowledgeable— I loved that he has a great background in construction and really truly knows what he’s talking about as you walk through homes and assess them. He was always available to call or text anytime we needed him, and was so kind and patient from start to finish. The cherry on top is the fact that he continues to check in on you once the deal is closed to make sure everything is going well and you don’t need any help with anything. Nate was fantastic every step of the way. He helped us buy our home 6.5 years ago, and then helped us sell it. We moved out of state and our home wasn’t listed until we left. He helped immensely with coordinating contractors to help with cleaning, and hauling trash away from our old place. The remote signing process (out of state) was made seamless through Nate’s thoroughness and dedication to us as a client. I will forever recommend Nate as a Realtor whether buying or selling. I have been house searching for a long time with no immediate intent to sell my current home but was suggested to talk to Nate Shelly about the process to see if moving would be in the cards for my husband and I.
