My wife Sarah and I came to Tennessee to look at houses in the Nashville area in January. Nathaniel helped us during our search. After we signed he went above and beyond his regular duties to help us. He actually wisely advised us with an issue that arose while trying to tell our home in Illinois. In fact, he helped us more than our selling agent.

Nathaniel was very personable, professional, and real. He followed up with any questions and problems we had with the house and builder. Even after the sale he made himself available. I cannot recommend him high enough.

I wish we could give the Seeley Team of Nathan and Tiffany more than a 5 Star recommendation!! They were with us every step of the way through the process of buying a home in the difficult Middle Tennessee market. Their knowledge of the real estate market and attention to detail is second to none. What I appreciated most was their willingness to walk us through the pros and cons of any property that we looked at. I can’t say enough about the Seeley team. Not only did they help me find an amazing home, what I would call my dream home, but they also helped my sell my old home in just a couple of months. We used the knock program to assist me in the sale and purchase and it all seemed about seamless buying a new home, moving into it, then selling my home right after. The Seeley team is professional, courteous, responsive, and I personally feel they are about you as a person more so than just a buyer/seller or another customer. Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend The Seeley Team. I had multiple offers and we were under contract in less than 24 hours. We were at the closing table in under 30 days.
