We cannot say enough good things about Nav. Finding a single family/townhome rental that meets one’s requirements is close to impossible these days and Nav was extremely professional, diligent and dedicated in getting us the right house that fitted our needs. Adjusting to our viewing schedules, coordinating with the owners, and most importantly, providing us guidance in the key bidding factors to lock in the house, ultimately landed us the perfect house within our budget and requirements.

We were in a huge time crunch as we needed to move before a certain date for our son’s new school and were extremely stressed, and Nav helped us keep calm and spent days and nights to make sure we are able to finalize our house and then finish leasing formalities in record time.

We find ourselves extremely lucky to have found Nav in such a tough real estate market and would not look further for any of our future housing needs, either buying or renting. Highly recommended!
