Wonderful, focused and attentive - these are the top three words to describe Neal Johnson in making the house sale transaction happen! Neal sold this condo 4 times due to HOA issues but he continued to work with us and each set of buyers to achieve the end result of a transfer of a home with a satisfying sales price for us. We highly recommend Neal as this is the second transaction - one as buyers representative and one as sellers representative and he excelled at both!
