Since the early 2000's, real estate has taken us all on a pretty wild ride! Spiking sales in the early part of the decade eventually resulted in a hard crash that affected our country and world’s economies. Finally, it looks like Philadelphia and surrounding metropolitan area are starting to show signs of correcting and recovery is right around the corner - the sooner the toxic properties come off the books, the better it will be for everyone.
Somehow, most of us made it through the most tumultuous economy this country has seen since the Great Depression - I’m sure there are many victims, however, and it will still take time for us to see smooth sailing.
What does all of this have to do with real estate? Well, in short, as an observer or markets, values and considering that I’m just generally geeky about real estate, I can help assist you in deciding if it might be time to sell or buy.
Sellers: I can help devise a plan to get your property sold in as little time as possible and for as much as possible. As most buyers go to the internet to research their next property to purchase, I will go there as well and use my marketing savvy to bring your listings as much exposure as possible. As am amateur photographer, I will utilize my experience and camera equipment to present your property in the brightest light. Let’s face it - buyers click through the pictures before doing anything else - shouldn’t your property make the right first impression?
Buyers: The most common profile of my buyer clients is that of the First Time Home Buyer. I excel at working with the first-timer and understand that this type of client is one that may need extra-special attention and maybe a little “hand-holding”. Buying a home can be an overwhelming experience for some…but it doesn’t have to be. I have a system in place that first teaches my buyers what to expect and the costs involved before we even set foot in a property. My goal is to put you at ease and educate you so that your purchase process ends up being rewarding and fun (yes, it can and should be fun!)
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any reason - I’m always happy to help!
