Neeraja Yara is the best in the Realtor business! She made the first-time home-buying process seamless and stress-free! She was there from the initial viewing to the final walk-through! She is detail-oriented, has sound knowledge of new construction homes, and is an excellent communicator. Neeraja is very professional, available at all hours, and truly loves what she does. We bothered her even late evenings and off hours. She provides service with a smile and is always part of your journey in finding your dream home. We worked with Neeraja Yara in the spring of 2022 to sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! We received multiple offers the first week the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Neeraja's incredible work. Neeraja brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. She also helped in staging our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Her marketing skills are top-notch and can't be beat! Although we received multiple offers, we worked with nervous first-time buyers. Neeraja was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing without any last-minute surprises. She was always available to answer our questions (and the buyers!). She was so responsive and is very professional. We had a great experience! I can strongly recommend Neeraja for buying/selling real estate properties.

Neeraja Yara is the best property manager in the North West Suburbs. Hands down, with her service and expertise in handling my rental transaction. My experience renting from her since day one has been truly unique. I had some personal things occur that affected me to stay out of the country. She treated me with nothing less than absolute kindness, understanding, and respect. The property requires some care and maintenance, as it was not in good condition. However, with minimal spending, Neeraja took care of all the repairs and the required maintenance work and staged the home in a rentable state. She took end-to-end ownership of this whole rehab process. She helped us identify good tenants in no time and effectively manage the property. She worked with me above and beyond anything I could have expected. There isn’t another Property Manager in the area that can compare. She is rock solid. I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Realtor Neeraja Yara calls for an exception. Neeraja put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and I secure a home. What I mean by quality is we were not just a “number” to her, she genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize herself with what we were comfortable with when purchasing a home. An added bonus is that she speaks the same language and understands the culture and customs, and with us moving overseas from India to Illinois she was able to relate and make our home purchase that much easier! Neeraja was 100% professional at all times, patient with our asks, and knew when to be assertive in order to get us under contract! One of my friends referred to Neeraja Yara, when we met to go over selling our home, Neeraja was 100% Focused. She took her time to walk me through her strategy, she did her homework in regards to pricing, and was responsive throughout the entire partnership with any questions I might have. She made several suggestions on how to stage the home and get the price we were looking for. Neeraja had our home listed and online in a couple days including online with numerous realtor sites and social media. Neeraja was always one step ahead on the marketing and we had multiple showings the very first day. From staging, pricing and to sold, Neeraja and her support staff were on the mark. She sold our home very quickly and for the price I wanted to sell it for. Our home is under contract on the 3rd day with multiple offers with more than the listing price, we felt at ease the whole time including the closing, we had realtors in the past, and are pleased to say, Neeraja is the realtor you want no guessing or hoping to just doing.
