My wife and I recently bought our first home. The minute we started working with Neil, we knew we were in great hands. As first time buyers, we weren't exactly sure what it really takes to find and buy the perfect house - the first thing Neil told us is that buying a house is like taking a flight from New York to San Francisco. Most of the time, flights are very smooth and uneventful while there are some flights that hit a lot of turbulence and can be quite frightening . like a pilot, his job is to make the flight as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and see to it that we take off and land safely. He said that while he cannot control the turbulence, he'll do as much as he can to avoid it and if we do hit it, he'll get us through it. And that's exactly what he did, he made sure our entire buying experience went as smoothly as possible.

Neil is truly not like other realtors we've met (based on others we know and have rented from in the past). He is genuine, thoughtful, caring, and beyond honest. He was also very patient with us, as we were extremely picky (and nervous). He never rushed us or made us feel obligated to make an offer. He also matched our personalities to vendors he worked with and he made some great matches (both for our lawyer and home inspector). Although we knew he was working with other clients at the same time, we always felt like we were his top priority.

Has a dependable network in the real estate industry. Always ready with options, always knowledgeable, always helpful. Great guide through to closing!
