If you are looking to sell your property in Philadelphia I highly recommend Neil. He represented my center city condo and was extremely responsive and attentive. It was a unique property and he was able to figure out the appropriate price to list it at, helped set me up with a contractor to get the property painted and ready to sell, and most importantly, get a lot of eyeballs on it quickly. He went above and beyond and as a result the property sold quickly (multiple offers) and the closing process was seamless.

Neil and his team recently helped my husband and I sell our condo in Philadelphia. He is extremely knowledgeable of all things real-estate and made the process for us easy! I would highly recommend working with him if you are buying or selling a home, as he is very thorough, friendly, and always available to answer questions or concerns.
