Neil Dolgin, Co-President of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc., has over 44 years of Real Estate experience. Neil has brokered sales and leases throughout Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island, Nassau & Suffolk Country. Neil also manages property for the family and 3rd party ownership. He is known and well respected by industry insiders for his market knowledge of all asset classes and market prices. Neil has received numerous awards and accolades in recognition for transactions he has been involved in.

Neil has lived through the ups and downs of the market cycles, and knows what it takes to keep tenants in place and buildings occupied. Neil is someone who is always thinking outside the box in order to satisfy his client, and bring about a fair deal to all parties involved. Neil is knowledgeable about all the inner workings of a property, i.e. mechanical systems and utilities, structural and roof issues, build out costs, knowing if something can be repaired versus having to be replaced...etc., and if there's a question Neil can't answer, he has his many contracts at his disposal, i.e. general contractors, electricians, plumbers, zoning attorneys, tax attorneys, mortgagees, etc., in order to help finalize a deal.

Neil lives in Great Neck with Cindy, his wife of over 41 years. Neil has 4 children and 7 grandchildren. During his free time, Neil enjoys playing golf and tennis, and spending time with his family and friends.
