While studying marketing at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), Nelle found a passion for deciding the analytical recipe behind a successful advertisement. She has conducted marketing research campaigns for the university’s study abroad program and a local non-profit and has also helped direct-to-consumers (DTC) and e-commerce businesses to launch. Nelle combines her marketing background and sophisticated vision to help her buyers and sellers reach the most desirable outcome. After falling in love with North Carolina’s charm, she decided to engage in her community and become a Co-Chair of the North Carolina Azalea Festival in Wilmington. Nelle loves being involved with her community and enjoys volunteering when possible. A few of her favorite ways to give back to her community are the Angel Tree Project, the NC Azalea Sweep, and local humane societies or animal shelters.

With ten years of military service, Nelle understands the importance of communication, timeliness, and being resourceful.
