Nellie Barrios was extremely active in leasing my unit and had it leased within 2.5 weeks of listing with a lovely couple. I could not have asked for a better leasing agent for my unit! After leasing it almost 3 years ago, she was able to sell my unit within 1 week. She coordinated everything regarding my listing and the sale because I was out-of-town. Nellie has been our realtor for a number of years from a tenant rental perspective due to the fact we have properties in Miami Beach and live in Canada. Nellie has been the reason that we were able to maintain those properties, renew tenants, and ensure that the units are kept up to date and operational. We recently decided to sell one of the units and with covid19 we were not able to attend the premises. Nellie handled it all, renovations, open houses, and finally the sale. I was often out of town during the time my condo was for sale and there was nothing that Nellie wouldn’t do to help including turning on air conditioning and appliances if there was a brief shut off, dealing with the condo management team, arranging for cleaning people and monitoring everyone.
