I met Nettie by accident when looking to buy real estate in South Carolina. Not only is Nettie an excellent Realtor, she is truly a great person. When I closed on my purchase and traveled to SC, Nettie offered me a place to stay at one of her condos. Upon my arrival she had wine and cheese and other snacks. Now Nettie is not only my Realtor, but her and her husband are great friends. On the professional side, Nettie worked diligently with me to help me find what I was looking for. Being out of state, this was important to me. I honestly could not say enough about what a great experience it was having Nettie as my realtor and friend.

She is also personable and fun to work with. Nettie and I have been friends for years. We worked together when she was in the teaching profession. She was so excited to retire and begin her new profession in real estate. We bought a condo from her at N. Myrtle Beach. She is very knowledgeable about the area. I would and have recommended her to my friends because she is very conscientious about finding listings that you may be interested in that meet your specific criteria and price range. She works 7 days a week and long hours but she doesn't mind because she LOVES her job!! Just give her a call! Tina Shepherd
