Nevena Carrington

Nevena work has spanned over two decades across four continents in real estate and multi-national relocations. She knows first-hand how exciting – and overwhelming – moving can be, whether you come from across the river or halfway around the world. She orients and relocates amazing talent for Pittsburgh region's most dynamic corporations, universities, and startups. Nevena helps buyers find a house they love in a neighborhood that supports their lifestyle, school preference, commute, and budget. She loves helping sellers with winning home sale strategy that includes setting the competitive price, staging, assertive marketing, and consummate negotiations. She loves delivering true fiduciary commitment and high standard service to her clients and offers rebate to relocating clients when buying or selling a house.

Nevena majored in History of Art at Belgrade University and studied entrepreneurship at the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Pittsburgh’s Chatham University. She is a 2023 Coldwell Banker® International Award winner. Nevena holds an elite designations such as RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative®), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), AHVD (At Home With Diversity®), and SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), awarded by the National Association of REALTORS®.

Nevena is an InterNations ambassador, Moderna Relocation owner, Pittsburgh Tomorrow board member, Visit Pittsburgh partner, and is active with the leading regional initiatives that help make southwestern Pennsylvania a welcoming and inclusive place for everyone. She hosts monthly professional networking events for newcomers and expatriates.
