Nic is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Oregon with 27 sales in the last 12 months. He was born and raised in Clackamas County with a Father who was an Real Estate Appraiser for over 35 years. Nic grew up learning about the market at a young age and understanding the complexity of the industry. He still lives in Milwaukie with his lovely wife and their 3 amazing kids. Nic has seen this area change a lot in 39 years. Living, working and playing here has really given him appreciation and love for their great state! It's also given him an advantage in the local Real Estate market because of how much he knowa about our diverse areas and values!
