Nicasio Bacani, III

Originally born in the Philippines, Nic migrated to the U.S. in 1980 with his parents and 3 brothers. He and his family lived in Illinois and California before settling in Arizona in the summer of 1987. Nic studied small business and sociology at Arizona State University where he developed a friendship with Matt Manoogian in the Fall of 1997. Professionally, Nic worked as an account executive for a global IT solutions company, Insight Enterprises, for 13 years. After 13 years of working in the technology industry, Nic felt it was time to take on a new challenge and joined Good Company Real Estate. Here he utilizes his customer service-based approach in real estate. Nic’s mission is to meet and exceed all client expectations and give them the best experience possible. Nic comes from a mindset where the customer is always first. Nic currently lives in Tempe where he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends, family and his dog, Riley. He enjoys hiking and playing sports such as football, basketball, soccer and sand volleyball.
