Nichelle did an outstanding job helping me to price and sell my home. Since I was out of town during the preparation and sell of my home, I knew I could rely on her to follow up with painters, cleaning companies, etc. She is extremely dependable, honest and trustworthy. She provided excellent information/resources to best prepare my home for the current market and as a result, I quickly received multiple offers over asking price for my home. She was always responsive to questions and willing to explain the real estate process. You will not regret using Nichelle as your realtor. I’ve worked with her twice before and wish I could again but I’m no longer in the DMV.
