As first-time home buyers, my husband and I didn’t have much luck with our search until we started to work with Nicholas. I really wish we met him sooner! He is professional, patient, and his thoughtful approach to buying a home made us feel comfortable and supported. When we attended showings together, Nicholas always presented with positive energy and knew all the right questions to ask. Always prepared and on time. He provided us with valuable insights on Long Island communities and helped us find the perfect location to raise our child. We are so happy to have found Nick! He and Gabriella made the process of finding our first home a lot less stressful than it could have been. When we first met, Nick explaining the process from beginning to end asked detailed questions of what we were looking for and our budget. He guided us through the whole proces and helped us to make the best choices. We never felt rushed or pressured at any moment. He was a source of knowledge all the way through the closing. Nicholas did a phenomenal job helping us with our first home purchase from "showing to closing" as he puts it. We moved out of NYC to Nassau County with little knowledge of the area. The first day of tours with Nick we found and won the bid on our future home! Nick was instrumental in helping us through the entire process with key contacts for inspection, lending, insurance and more. Nick Amato came highly recommended by my close friend and, not only did he suggest a listing price based on the most recent comps, he was absolutely correct in the selling price! Nick was professional and understanding in that this sale was quite difficult because it was my mom's home and she had recently died.
