Nick was very positive and patient in helping us search for a home. He responded quickly to all of our questions and was willing to show us homes at often a moment's notice. His calm and kind demeanor were very helpful in helping my wife and me navigate the stress of a house search in these pandemic times. Nick also helped us with out current rental and we did not hesitate to reach out to him a second time. We highly recommend Nick!!

Nick was my go to realtor in New Jersey. He was able to use his network to partner me with a great agent down in Boynton Beach. Nick continued to advise and provide support throughout my transaction. I told him he would be the first person I call if I ever had to move back to New Jersey but I'm never coming back!

Nicholas was such a pleasure to work with as my fiance and I chose our first home! He was extremely patient with all our questions, pointing out things we didn't even consider in our initial list! He was quick to respond to emails and provide communication/information.

His ability to navigate the crazy housing market during Covid was a true testament to his ability as a realtor.

We can't wait to work with him again in the future - I'm pushing for a summer home at the shore!

In the last year I sold my first home that Nick worked with me to purchase five years earlier. Nick was very professional and responsive when dealing with the other realtor and buyer. While the purchased was elongated due to the buyer, Nick had daily updates and consistently followed up to make sure I was always informed. His management of paperwork, check lists and deep knowledge of how a real estate sale/purchase should go made the sale of my home smooth and easy. I would recommend using him to any friend or family member and will be using him in the near future to sell another home.

Nick Andrews has assisted us with two transactions within the last six months. I had the good fortune of using his services to sell our home within the first day on the market. Nick's dedication to always getting the answer in a timely fashion was extremely comforting. Nick was willing repeatedly to go out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable while purchasing my first home. He assisted with coordinating my attorney, my inspector, the sellers agent and the sellers attorney so I could go about my day as normal. He was extremely flexible and was able to seamlessly fit my walk through and closing into my busy work schedule. I would highly recommend Nick to any one of my friends and family when buying a home!
