A true real estate pro, Nick Carlson enjoys a unique background: he has been a professional golfer, an EMT (emergency medical technician) Fire Department first-responder and a successful entrepreneur. While varied in substance, the lessons learned from each venture remain the same: work hard, know your stuff, stay a step ahead of the competition, listen to the advice of others and always treat people with respect.
Having spent a good part of his childhood in Arizona, in 2003, Nick moved to the Grand Canyon State to follow his dream of a full-time golf career, subsequently playing on the mini tours for several years. Later, he transitioned to a new line of work, just as demanding, but in an entirely unique way: he underwent significant education and training to become a member of an elite EMS crew, tasked with both mundane and high-adrenaline endeavors daily.
After sustaining an at-work injury, Nick decided to pursue his lifelong passion for all-things real- estate-related the opportunity to collaborate with the best of the best in customer- centric entrepreneurship and purposeful accomplishments that are the foundations for the success of Launch Real Estate.
