About Nicholas

The Nordby-Gephart Group has over 50 years of combined real estate knowledge, spanning three generations in the Pacific Northwest. Our team consists of Nick and Davis Nordby and Kathy Gephart. Every member of our team was born and raised in the greater Seattle area. Our diverse team ensures that our clients have a smooth and successful real estate experience.

Having lived in the Pacific Northwest, provides our team with a unique perspective that helps our clients navigate the local real estate market, whether that be down south or up north, Seattle or the Eastside.

Nick is a strategic leader with executive level management experience in marketing, business operations, business development and strategic functions for both small and large size organizations. The creative and operational skills that Nick has developed in his career are fully leveraged for our clients as they navigate the home selling and buying process.

One of Kathy’s passions is working with seniors who are beginning to talk about rightsizing and the various elements that go along with the transitioning to a more useful primary residence or vacation home that fits the goals and lifestyle desired. Kathy leverages her real-life experiences to empower senior’s move towards a new period of their lives.

Davis is a graduate of Walla Walla University. While there, he worked with our clients in Eastern Washington. Davis has worked for Porsche, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen. He uses the sales and customer skills he has learned in the automotive industry to help our clients reach their real estate goals.
