About Nichole

As a central Iowa native, I grew up and went to school in the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn
School District. After moving out of state for college, my partner and I decided to
move back to Des Moines and start our life because of everything Iowa has to offer.
In my spare time I like to garden, bake, read, the occasional video game, and take
the dogs for long walks.
I have been in the customer service and retail business most of my working life. I
decided to make real estate my career because I enjoy working with people in a
more intimate setting where you can get to know each other and concentrate on the
individual during the entire process.
As a young child, I watched my grandmother navigate a very successful real estate
career and how she created lifelong friendships with her clients. That has always
stuck with me, and I strive to emulate that in my personal and professional life.
