Nichole Frandanisa did such a FANTASTIC job for us as we NEEDED to maximize the sales price in our situation. Nichole suggested basic improvements to complete prior to listing while completing a thorough market review that led to the PERFECT listing price. That listing price drove 34(!) visits to the home within 3 days of listing and resulted in three (3) competing offers in a RISING-rate environment within three (3) days!

My experience with Nichole isn't necessarily in real estate, but fun fact, she officiated my now husband and I's wedding TWICE! :) I originally sought after Nichole when I attended my cousin's wedding and had assumed she was life long friends of their's when she spoke so fondly of them and smiled from ear to ear reminiscing about their love story only to find that she had only just met them prior to the wedding. Her dedication to really learning about them and their hopes and desires for a special day shined bright and came into complete fruition not only for them, but for us as well. She is so genuine in connecting with others and making dreams come true that even after she sprang into action to officiate our last minute Covid elopement, she didn't hesitate to volunteer her time to help us "get married again" in front of our family and friends 2 years later.

Nichole is so faith-filled and passionate about serving others with the upmost professionalism, kindness, transparency and devotion. She has a way of calming the storms and keeping the pressures off even if things seem to be uncertain. Her warmth and bubbly personality will leave you feeling like you're working with family, someone who truly cares and in the end you will gain a life-long friend you can count on.

Nichole is a an absolute gem and anyone who is able to experience her true grace and passion for service will undoubtably be in the best hands. I would highly recommend Nichole for your real estate needs (maybe a wedding too :) and am so excited for your future journey with her!

The housing market can be a bit unnerving. Nicole has a solid understanding and excellent articulation of the challenges and shift of the market and takes her clients through each step with grace and joy. She is so positive and patient.
When I first asked Nicole for help, she sat me down and shared her process and what I could anticipate working with her and explained the current house market. Nicole made herself available and followed through with each appointment and clarified our conversation to make sure we were on the same page before she went to work for me.
Nicole is passionate about meeting your need and also meeting the need of the person you are buying from, so the bargaining process is more effective and efficient. In my personal experience when the market was crazy, I made one offer (my first offer on my first house) that was accepted because Nicole took the time to find out what the seller really wanted and what they were looking for so that I could make my offer based on my capacity to meet that need.
If you want to work with someone who communicates well, works for your best interest, is organized and efficient, and gives you peace through the process… then Nicole is your number one choice.
